A practical finishing collection for chefs, caterers, private cooks, and serious home kitchens. The Chef's Selection Box provides four distinct textures and flavor roles instead of four versions of the same garnish.  The inaugural selection includes four separately packed 2 oz clamshells:  Dwarf Gray Sugar Pea Shoots, sweet flavor, graceful tendrils, and useful height.  Purple Kohlrabi Microgreens, crisp texture and clean purple-stemmed color.  Red Cabbage Microgreens,  mild flavor and vivid presentation.  Arugula Microgreens, a tender peppery and nutty finish.  Use across entreas, salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, appetizers, and catered plates.

Later selections may rotate with the harvest while preserving the same balance of structure, color, mild flavor, and finishing character.  Available weekly or every two weeks for local pickup or approved local delivery.
