What are microgreens?

Young edible greens harvested just after their first leaves open—small in size, big in flavor, color and versatility.

Are they the same as sprouts?

No. Microgreens grow in a medium and are harvested above it. You eat the tender stems and leaves—not the roots or seed.

How do I use them?

Add them to sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, soups, smoothies, or anywhere you want a fresh flavor boost.

How are yours grown?

Indoors in food-safe trays with clean soil, natural light, and zero pesticides—from our farm to your table.

How long do they last?

Stored dry in the fridge, most varieties stay fresh 7–10 days after harvest.

Are microgreens nutritious?

Yes! Studies show they can contain up to 40x more nutrients than their full-grown counterparts.

Do they need to be washed?

A quick rinse before eating is all they need. Avoid washing until you are ready to use them.

What varieties do you offer?

We grow sunflower, pea shoots, radish, broccoli, mustard, and more—rotating seasonally.

Can I order a subscription?

Absolutely! We offer weekly and biweekly subscription boxes so you never run out of fresh greens.
